HETA Biin & Pihlakas Law Office was founded in the beginning of 2010 as a result of a merger of HETA Law Office and Leino Biin and Partners Law Office which both belong to the oldest law firms in Estonia.

Currently we continue practicing as a company, which shares are divided between two generations of attorneys working in the Firm.

The attorneys of HETA Biin & Pihlakas have either a long term attorney practice or previous experience as a attorney in a public service, local governments and various companies, which in a whole create a base for an effective team-work to solve client’s different problems competently and successfully.
